of the pieces when you took it apart so that everything is clocked the same? Many people here have made changes to bushings/bearings and found that they now have a vibration and many times its due to the driveshaft not being clocked correctly. Now for your other questions. Common practice for two piece driveshafts is to have the carrier bearing at 0° with the transmission. Your CB to pinion angle is fine, but obviously the Trans to CB is not, not to mention that by correcting that angle, you are reducing total driveshaft deflection by half. Replacing the trans mount is an easy thing to do, and many people even opt for something more stout (Nismo, or Auto Trans Mount). Another option to consider is shimming the mounting point for the carrier bearing so that it is now lower and lines up more properly with the entire driveline. Hope this Helps!
