Subject	Rear main install problems

Message	I just installed 2 rear main seals. The first time it was installed i pushed it all the way in until it stopped on the flange of the backing plate. the second time i stopped the seal flush. Both times i has a bad leak. now i have to go thru this whole process a third time.
