| Grimm, Thanks for the response. The cams/lifters are not new, and unfortunately I did not label the lifters. I ended up with a few sets of heads, disassembled two pairs, and all the lifters were disassemble and went into the can of carb cleaner to be cleaned up. So there was no way to know what came from what. As for the cams, they were not original either. I put manual cams in, and the original cams were automatic cams. I wanted the extra power. Also, they were the better of the cams as far as wear goes (at least that's what the machine shop told me.) But they weren't the same cams that came out of the heads. The additive is a high zinc product. Will this help the cams/lifters since they've been swapped out? Any downside to using it? Thanks!
