I am a few months into ownership of a 1993 N/A convertible with 64,000mi. Found experienced mechanic in MI who did 60K timing belt and some oil leak work. Everything is stock except for ShaftMasters drive shaft I had him put in last fall. Nissan service adviser recommended I use BG Ethanol Corrosion Preventer with each fill-up to save the injectors (original style from what I've read here). This is an expensive product available at dealers only and I'm wondering if it's worth doubling the cost of my fill-ups in hopes of preventing a total injector job. I don't know how long the engine has been exposed to ethanol already. Any thoughts appreciated.
