adjust (loosening the pedal's rod) the pedal to eliminate the dead spot travel. With the 350 fork the rod will look like it will unthread all the way out. In my personal view, and I'm no guru by any means, the 350z fork decreases the throw out bearing's travel on the pressure plate. The reason being the shorter pivot is further away from the pressure plate. When I installed mine I compared the TOB travel between our original and the 350 fork and the original travels a lot further on the shaft than the 350z fork. Hopefully when a friend of mine pulls down his transmission I will be able to document the measurements.
