Message	Retarded timing Only High HC so I thought normal timing would solve the rich condition Normal timing Now higher HC and CO is high Thoughts? I'm thinking retard timing then balance tube hose trick should get it to pass? I looked at the loose connector and it's actually passenger side VTC which I think wouldn't make a difference under light throttle.
