Hello, I went to get an alignment yesterday as well as to get my camber adjusted. The rear left inner tie rod is going as there is very slight play in the rear wheel. I'm hoping to get an Ingalls or SPD inner tie rod. My three questions are (I'm no mechanic so sorry if they're lame): (1) If I replace one inner tie rod, do I have to replace the other since the other is oem and still good? 2) With my slight play in the car, what will happen if the tie rod goes? Will it cause the car to pull left or right? After the alignment, my car still tracks very straight even though there's play on the left rear with the worn out inner tie rod. Again the play is very slight. With the rear jacked up, pulling the wheel by holding the 10 and 3 o'clock positions results in about .25" (a quarter inch) of play. Finally, (3) if I were to bring it to a shop what is the average charge for labor regarding inner tie rod replacement? I'd try a DIY route but I normally just do simple stuff (oil change, cleaning IACV, replacing fuel pump, etc.) and I'm not sure if this is a DIY. Thanks for any tips coming this way. Jack
