Message	Matched the metric fine threads up with a tap at the local Ace Hardware store and did the procedure....at first lots of resistance and was afraid I was cutting completely new threads but after tapping all the way through the bolt went in very easily. I did NOT gonzo torque it down, however.....enough to hold but not strip the new and maybe fragile thread job. Thanks towhite22dky and Goldchocobo for your input!
