Message	tightening the belt a bit. Have to do from under the car. I'm assuming your belt is in good shape otherwise? Ps -- don't go crazy tightening. Do a little, drive the car and do again if needed. When I replace the belts I just leave the bottom splash cover off assuming some adjustments will be needed for a week or two.
