So it turned out to be the z1 single stainless clutch line. The inner lining broke down and the fluid was ballooning inbetween the rubber outer casing and stainless braided part. The line was also sweating really badly. I guess the fluid was just ballooning/building up in the line then slowly sweating out near the passenger side mixing with the A/C condensation runoff making it hard to notice. Its sad when your 20+ year old oem parts outlast a year or two old Z1 part
