Subject	Fuel system question

Message	Ive had a z for a while but never really messed with it until now so im doing lots of research for the things im doing. Messing with the fuel system on our cars seems a bit confusing to me Ive just been having a hard time researching everything so I thought id ask directly to make it easier. So I have a 90 tt motor that im swapping into a 96 shell. I possibly want to change the injectors to the newer style during the swap and im seeing the whole 300 degree rail to convert but I have a spare NA engine from the 96. My question is if its possible to just swap lower intake plenums that already has the newer style injection system and call it a day or am I just making things up? Seems like thats too easy so I have my doubts. Im not that knowledgeable in the fuel systems obviously just learning as I go. Thanks in advance!
