Out of good measure I pinched off all vacuum lines that I could have affected with no change in idle. While doing this I put my ear down to the IACV, and it had a noticeably audible air movement sound (I originally thought it was the balance tube). This could be normal of course, I just don't remember hearing this before. During the coolant line delete, I installed a new gasket for it and torqued to 7ft-lbs if I remember correctly. My upcoming positive leak check may shed more light on this.
