Cold the ECU will be open loop.. running rich.. Closed loop will be 'Normal' Mixture.. I think you might have an intake leak, causing a lean somewhere.. Likely in the Lower plenum area.. OR the idle mixture in the ECU programming is set too lean Get some software to allow you to see O2 Sensor Voltage.. see where you are at at idle.. I've had to richen up my 3 NA's to get them to idle properly ( lean stumble ) and they now idle in O2 Sensor Feedback.. ECU Talk, or Conzult will allow you to do this..
