compartment electrical harness. When cold all is well, after warming up, rough idle. Sounds like an electrical connection breaking down. I had a intermittent short in my harness that was located about 12 inches from any connector, deep inside the harness. My problem was intermittent high idle. Researched the harness further after I shut the door one time and idle went up. One time, I also had a "rough idle" condition and that was due to the PTU connections being corroded. New engine harness fixed all these problems. No problems since for several years.
