Subject	Why is my steering column moving side to side???

Message	Does anybody know what would cause this? I had the car towed a few months ago and I feel like it might have developed from that. Do I just need to retighten a couple bolts? Or is it something more serious? Thanks [ http://youtu.be/OOtuWIPCWy4 ]
