I have adjusted the TPS as perfect as it can as noted here: [ http://z32.wikispaces.com/Throttle+Position+Sensor ] I meet all these requirements: For the TPS to be set correctly, the following conditions must all be simultaneously true. 1)The throttle bodies should be closed all the way. Removing the intake pipes allows you to see if they are completely closed. With the throttle closed, you should be able to see a port (one on each throttle) on the bottom of the throttle chamber. These ports lead to vacuum nipples on the undersides of the throttle chambers. If the butterfly valve is slightly open, it usually obscures the ports. 2)The Throttle Sensor must read between 0.4v and 0.5v. 3)The Hard Idle Switch should be "ON." However tip in is not smooth and there is a hesitation with rpm drop like a miss. My work around is to slightly feather the clutch with a bit more throttle and all ok. Car idles at about 750 rpm. In 1) above "closed all the way" - could that mean to back off on the set screw stops that control the throttle synchronization? Any suggestions? Thanks
