Message	I didn't realize a brand new tranny is only $1,800. That does seems fairly reasonable. Good info! Thank you so much for the inspiration. I am mechanically inclined. I wish I could afford not to be and strongly recommend against rebuilding anything just for the hell of it. Murphy says not to worry, the time will come when you have to rebuild the tranny under duress. Focus your efforts elsewhere until such an "opportunity" comes up. BTW, nice wheels!!
