Message	frayed battery cable. Another thing to look at, trace the negative cable from the battery post to where it contacts the firewall clamp about 10 inches behind the battery. Where the cable bends often frays over time too. Some cut the cable at that point and attach a short new cable to the battery. Just mentioning since this can also be an issue due to age.
