Message	This image will give you an idea of what is going on inside of the 3-port solenoid. It is a common MAC (industrial valve supplier) part, don't buy an overpriced "Greddy" version that is just re-badged. If you energize the solenoid with 12v, your wastegate lines should be open to atmosphere (this gives infinite boost). Right now, the solenoid is not energized and therefore the wastegates are directly connected to the boost source. That is why there is a maximum 6-7psi boost pressure.
