Subject	Car won't start, bad starter?

Message	So I got home today from work and I washed my car. Once I tryed to start the car an hour later, the car failed to crank. The starter is making a BUZZ sound, not a click. It sounds like when you get a wrong answer on a game show. I tried jump starting the car just incase it was the battery, no luck. I got the car started by pushing the car and dropping it in 2nd.
