Message There's a procedure in the FSM of where, in the car, to use a DMM to look at the speed signal. It's digital, and its output is either 0 or 5V. You should be able to manually turn the rear wheels and observe it alternating.

Also, because most people on here weren't aware when I had my issue. That digital signal goes to the speedometer, which then converts it to a scaled analog signal for the ECU, etc.

Your speedo could be bad, or the wiring or any interconnects in between. The speed signal runs from the sensor, to a connector in front of the passenger headlights, into the cabin with another connection IIRC on the passenger foot well, then another in the drivers foot well, then to the speedometer.
