Subject	Continuity test of speed sensor inconclusive?

Message	My speedometer has been acting flaky for a while. Just recently my odometer stopped working as well as my power steering. I decided to check the speed sensor first. According to the service manual the speed sensor should alternate between continuity and no continuity. When I test mine with a multi-meter set to continuity I hear the audible continuity beep as I rotate it but the ohm reading only alternates between ~200 and 300. So do you think this is bad or still good?
