Message	Sounds like classic connector corrosion problem. Engine coolant temp sensor is two wire sensor next to one wire (dash gauge) sensor in front of engine on top water pipe. Has same connector as fuel injectors, ("U" shaped spring clip). Remove connector and clean. If you find green corrosion, odds are it's on most of the engine connectors. Start there and let us know.
