Has nothing to do with your re-route. I've had this happen in the past as well. The fittings are just a press fit into the valve covers, and they can work their way out over time. A common fix is to apply some epoxy to secure them in place. I check mine every so often to ensure they haven't worked their way loose. It can lead to an extremely dangerous situation. In my case I noticed the TB's "sticking" a bit. Luckily a kick of the accelerator pedal free'd them and it didn't lock open at WOT or something crazy. I find it interesting that Nissan used a press fit there given its proximity to the TBs. -jb
