Thanks all for advices. I email the guy that go by a name dvdburn on this site because he is an expert electronic and program my FPCU from NA to TT and my ECU. I replaced the FPCU with the one he program for me and now with the KOEO I have fuel pressure at 40psi. I then release the fuel pressure and turn the KOEO my fuel pressure went back to 40psi. So it was my FPCU that went bad. Now I'm going to send the bad one to him to fix it so I have a spare one. By the way if anyone need 615cc injectors with Old style fuel rail let me know. I'm selling it. I have 5 615cc injectors.
