-Don't try to fix a scored/damaged crankshaft. Get a good used one that runs true in a set of v-blocks. The factory crankshaft is nitrided, if you had the crankshaft ground you have get the crank re-nitrided. Another reason for getting a good used crank. -90mm is a big overbore without first checking the block for enough thickness. I would suggest using a dremel like tool to remove the extra material.
