Thank you for your responses. I looked at it yesterday, the heads seem to be nice, the block has some surface rust in the passanger's side cylinders and most importantly I found a spun #2 rod bearing. The remains of it stuck to the journal on the crank instead of coming out with the rod. The journal itself was scored badly. I don't think I would want to take chances with that crank. Other than that I really hope all the parts are there as this is a disassembled engine. I'm hesitating, maybe I should just wait for a complete assembled engine to come up.
