If it is constant (doesn't burn off after running for awhile, as you would expect with pooled condensation) and it is certainly white, first suspect is head gasket. If it has a blue tint to it (which may be mistaken for white) then it is oil. If so, you may have worn valve stem seals, although they generally only smoke when the engine is cold. If your 1 and 3 plugs are oil fouled I would suspect the smoke is actually blueish and is oil. Your profile is empty, what are the details on your car (miles, stock?)
