Subject	Very weird Water pump problem

Message	I went on a test drive on my car after just putting the motor in and I revel it high and go down the road Smoothly just a couple blocks and come back and find coolant leaking. I see the water pump/alternator belt is popped off and the coolant line on top of the radiator blown off. I see the belt is stuck behind the water pump pulley and after I get the belt out I try n spin it and won't spin freely. The water hose on top of the radiator broke off the radiator. The car was warm and never overheated. Could it be a clog in the system? Any ideas? Thanks
