Message	inside the air tube is very sensitive to dirt. Did you just spray it and let it dry? Usually electric parts cleaner spray works best. Reset the TPS to the correct volts range (0.4 - 0.5 between the grey connector white wire and ground (with digital VOM) when the throttle blade is closed and no continuity at the TPS plug in connector then continuity exists when the throttle is just starting to open as described in the TPS adjustment procedure below.
