Looking back, not sure my first post answered your question. There is a belt wrap method on here for removing the sprockets - basically wrap the sprocket you are trying to remove with the timing belt and brace the belt against another pulley - you are basically restricting the pulley from turning. Then you can loosen the 19mm bolt and remove the sprocket. Have to wrap each sprocket slightly differently. The exact wrap pattern might be in the 60K maintenance tech article.
