Message ok so guys im not that skilled when it comes to automotive electronics. For the past couple days my fpcm has been acting temperamental working then not working and to get by i have just been bypassing it with a jumper wire to give it constant ground. Will it make a difference if i put a relay inbetween where the fuel pump and fpcm connects (from my understanding a relay basically lessens the load for a given voltage?) i assume this would keep the fpcm from overloading?? i would like to keep the different speed settings that the fpcm provides so the fuel pump isnt running at full load constantly. any insite would be great also i still need to wire up my 2nd pump to a hobbs switch that turns on at 8 or 9 psi any recommendations on that would be appreciated as well. i remember someone making upgraded fpcms but i think he had stopped the service
