ok so guys im not that skilled when it comes to automotive electronics. For the past couple days my fpcm has been acting temperamental working then not working and to get by i have just been bypassing it with a jumper wire to give it constant ground. Will it make a difference if i put a relay inbetween where the fuel pump and fpcm connects (from my understanding a relay basically lessens the load for a given voltage?) i assume this would keep the fpcm from overloading?? i would like to keep the different speed settings that the fpcm provides so the fuel pump isnt running at full load constantly. any insite would be great also i still need to wire up my 2nd pump to a hobbs switch that turns on at 8 or 9 psi any recommendations on that would be appreciated as well. i remember someone making upgraded fpcms but i think he had stopped the service
