disable fuel pump (fuse or relay) and then crank the engine while observing the signal coming from the harness connector which has been disconnected from the injector. One pin should show +12v (constant) and the other pin will pulse by going to ground (signal that fires the injector). An LED test lamp connected across the harness connector should pulse as the engine is cranked if all is good. Just make sure the LED is connected the right way (for polarity, DC current direction). If not sure, try one way and then reverse it if LED didn't blink.
I'm assuming you've also checked the injectors with a meter to verify the injector shows resistance in the 10-14 ohm range? And that injector connectors are free of corrosion- same for harness connector pins.
