Message	Pin 115 is the Line the ECU will take to ground to turn on the O2 Sensor Heaters.. If your ECU is not taking that line to ground, then you have an ECU problem.. Likely a Blown Transistor.. Are you asking if you can take Pin 115 to Ground to get the Heaters to Lite off.. Yes you can.. Cj
