Subject	Help me identify this electrical plug...

Message	For reference, this is directly below the steering column and above the brake and clutch pedals. I'm trying to understand the hack wire job the previous owner did and in the process I've lost all accessories and now my turn signals. To make the situation more bizarre, when the hazards are pressed, only the right side indicators blink but both show on the instrument cluster. I'm thinking a wire has shorted but real estate is tight on the driver floorboard. Hopefully someone can use the FSM wiring diagrams better than me. I can't even trace where this plug goes to so I'm hoping someone will simply recognize it. Thanks in advance fellas. ***Formerly 'NCSU300ZXTT'***
