Message	When they installed the door did they remove all the wiring from original door and reuse it or did they cut it all and solder/crimp it if so I'd check that first. Then open it it up check all connections. When I had this problem the actual switch on the lock was broken off which and was kinda a pita to replace. Hope this helps
