Subject	HELP!! 10A fuse keeps blowing out instantly >>

Message	just got door replaced, and had all internal parts transferred over to the new door. windows work fine, but the 10A fuse under kick plate (labeled THEFT- controls radio, door chime, interior lights, air bag light) blows instantly as soon as fuse is inserted into panel. i thought all wiring harness would transfer over to the new door (my z is a 91 2+2, and new replacement door is unknown year)- but for some reason they were splicing connections inside the door panel and underneath the footwell. does this sound like a short from wires connected incorrectly that are not suppose to be together? or wires not insulated properly that are touching? the guys who did it are of no help. any guidance or tips to check would be much appreciated. thank you!
