Message	The FSM shows a tightening procedure to set the bolts by degree like TTY but it also lists how to do it by torque only. IIRC you torque them to 90 lbs, break them loose and then torque back down to 90 which is not something you would do to a TTY bolt. There is a thread about this on 3ZC where someone (maybe BDE) tested the strength of some used bolts and they were fine.
