Message	"- Turn key to on position with fusible link NOT plugged in, right side has no voltage still, but pllug it back in and unplug and check again, right side has 11ish volts and very slowly drains. Does anyone have any theories or knows where that right side contact goes to? I've tried to find a good wiring diagram for this to no avail, if anyone has one that would help that would also be appreciated." Mixed up the sides somehow half way through the post....long day...all of those "right side" comments should be "left side" instead.
