Subject	help, car wont rev past 1500 rpm, fuel related????

Message	here's the story, my car has this sudden issue and hesitation, the car has perfect idle, after a long run and stop and go traffic, it wont rev past 1500 rpm. Boosting was fine up to 18psi, has a random hesitation while cruising at 4th gear mostly. After restart the engine, it feels normal now, still has this random stutter/fuel cut problem when the car is warm. car has no MAF, running standalone. Is it my fuel pump or what to look at? thx
