Message	When I turn my steering wheel I can hear a thump sometimes , so I jacked the car up and on the passenger side the outer tierod and the steering rack on the passenger side was loose, I was able to move it around by hand, the drivers side was not able to move around by hand , would a bad steering rack /pinion so that or a bad outer tie rod, I have a video up showing it
