Subject	Bad seering rack or bad tierod ? Help!

Message	when I turn my wheel I can hear a thumping sound sometimes and when I brake when going fast the front right wheel feels like it shakes around, so I crawled under my car and I noticed that the steering rack or the tierod was loose, it's only on the right side, the one on the left side is good and doesn't move , is it the steering rack or a tierod? Or something else
