Message between a neighboring cylinder (cylinder 2 is probably the easiest) and repeat the test.

If the RPM is not affected by cylinder 2 (with cylinder 4's coil pack) then the coil pack is bad.

If the RPM is not affected by cylinder 4 (with cylinder 2's coil pack) then you have to move forward with more testing;

-Check the resistance of the #4 injector

--Bad result (OL or 0 ohms): Injector has failed (replace all 6 with a new style kit from Bernie)
--Good result (10-14 ohms): perform a compression test.

---Compression tests good: Noid light to determine if the injector is receiving proper signal
---Compression tests bad: Leak down test, address issue.
