Message	Run Self Diagnostic first. Lifter tick will hopefully disappear after you get it running right and you can drive it. Low oil pressure, check your oil pan for dents, as Tanley stated. Does it have old or new style injectors? If old, I will bet some/all are in need of changing. Ohm test them, should be 10-14 ohms. High idle - check your IACV, spray some WD-40 in there and see if that helps.
