Message	firewall rusted inside or outside at the location of the clutch master-cylinder hole going through the firewall? That hydraulic-fluid is very corrosive. Maybe loosen the clutch master-cylinder and take a peek at that hole on both sides of the firewall? Also maybe check your pedal bracket to see if it might be cracked. Apparently, cracking at the point of that hole does happen.
