Subject	Seepage from power steering hose.

Message	I noticed this seepage/sweating from the power steering hose. Its right above the metal clamp where the rubber hose attaches to the hard metal line that comes out of the power steering reservoir. Hose/lines and in perfect shape. Power steering fluid (Mobil 1 ATF) is at perfect level. The metal clamp is also good and tight. What would be causing this?
