Message	movements of the shifter with out of the car to make sure it goes into all the gears. i can pull the shifter connector out and it clicks just fine. i can push it back into neutral just fine. i can push one more time back and it clicks into gear just fine. but that doesnt tell me if everything is working correctly....and i really dont want to break down the tranny if i dont have to. the fluid was in very good condition..i do not know how many miles where on it prior to me purchasing the car, but i put maybe 3k miles on it prior to the accident. i am really thinking it might have been the spring and throw out bearing that connects to the clutch fork. i can not find that thing anywhere. i will do some cleaning and finger it out, but i was just looking for a way to mimic the shifter movement without the shifter attached ...if that makes sense.
