The noise you hear is gear lash... The high 5 clutch is a solid hub. No springs in the hub of the clutch allows the gears to kinda bounce off of each other, or lash. It is especially noisy on my car at idle. The next time you hear it, press the clutch in, and let it out slowly. The noise should be greatly reduced. Now push the clutch in, then just drop it, and that initiates the lash in the gears, and it will be a lot noisier. If you want to run a solid hub clutch, expect to put up with the noise. I am getting rid of mine, and going back to a sprung hub clutch, I can't stand the noise.
