Subject	Heavy steering after HICAS delete

Message	I eliminated Hicas valve on fender well, lines ,etc... Installed a NA pump and now have what I consider heavy steering. It's not gone completely but it's tight. Especially when sitting still. Is their anything I need to bypass or disconnect electrically in the steering system that may be causing this? Thanks in advance
