Message you have voltage to the injector but no voltage coming out of the other side of the injector coil. If you see voltage on one side of the injector coil you should see voltage on the other side. In other words, you should see voltage on both wires going to the injector. The only time you will not see the voltage on both sides is when the ecu is grounding the side that goes to the ecu. At the point the ecu grounds the injector you will see voltage on one side only. So from what you describe, it sounds like there is loss of continuity at the injector.

Another reason you might only see voltage on one side would be due to a short on the ecu side of the injector. To exclude that, you need to pull the injector connector and use a jumper of wire to feed battery voltage to the side of the injector that you have been seeing voltage on. Then check the other side for voltage. If you see voltage coming out of the other side then you may have a short to ground on the side that goes to the ecu. If that was the case then the injector would always be activated and at some point it would fill the cylinder with fuel and cause hydrolock which would keep the crank from turning over. If enough fuel was to pass by the piston rings to prevent hydrolock then there should be a lot of fuel present somewhere and you might smell it.
